The modalities I draw from, in a nutshell:

Slings Myofascial Training- 
Slings Myofascial Training is a holistic movement concept that incorporates well into any body-minded practice. This elaborate fascia-focused training uses conscious movement to achieve functionality and inside-out well-being.

Pilates-
Pilates is a system of physical conditioning involving low-impact exercises and stretches designed to improve posture, flexibility, and stability by strengthening the torso-stabilizing muscles of the abdomen and lower back.

Yoga-
Yoga uses physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health, bringing together body, mind and breath to alter energy or shift consciousness.
